How much does professional properties photography cost?
Property photography prices depend on the size and condition of the properties, i.e. furnished or unfurnished. For each room, minimum of 2 photos from different views are provided. As a guide, the table below is based on average sized residential property.
All the prices are per property and include VAT.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the property and if it is furnished or not. As an example, for a 3 bedroom furnished flat, it takes around 2-3 hours.
How many photos do you take?
I take 2-3 photos per room and few photos from exterior. As an example, for a 3 bedroom flat, you will get about 12 to 20 photos.
Do you edit the photos?
Yes! All the photos will be edited with editing software to enhance the views of your property.
